How can I contact you?

You can fill out this contact form or email Jacquie@RosaMiaJewelry.com if you have any general questions or custom order requests! All email inquiries will be responded to within the normal business hours: Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

When will my order be shipped out?

UPDATE: Due to the holiday season, processing time is currently 5-10 business days for all ring orders. Most items in the shop are made-to-order, so turnaround time is generally between 3-8 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been processed. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to start updating.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Since most items are handmade and made-to-order, all sales are final. Exchanges or store credit may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us.

I purchased Priority Shipping. Will my package ship sooner?

The shipping time selected at checkout does not include processing time. Purchasing Priority Shipping adds insurance on your package (protecting it in case of loss, theft, etc) and guarantees that your package will be in transit for no longer than 2-3 business days.

I'm not sure what my ring size is. Can you resize it if it doesn't fit?

Due to the nature of the medium, our rings cannot be resized. If you are unsure of your ring size, we recommend going to a local jeweler to get an accurate measurement. ❁ 

How do you source your materials?

We want to help build an ethical and sustainable world, so our standards reach every corner of our jewelry supply. Our gemstones (whether authentic, cultured, or lab made) are always responsibly sourced. Our packaging supplies contain a mixture of recycled and/or recyclable materials. All suppliers that we conduct business with are first approved for fair, safe and sanitary working conditions before any connection is made.
